Starting with Lauhala mats and products, we quickly expanded to other Island crafts that showcase the beauty of the Island that they come from.
Robyn Fong first found a love for collecting unique, beautiful pieces from the Pacific Islands when she came across an exquisitely hand-crafted coconut earring. She flew to Samoa in search for the exact village and family who made the earrings, and the rest was history. Lauhala Trading supports craftsmen and women from the Pacific Islands. Without the art and craftsmanship of these local islanders our business simply would not exist. By working with these local artisans, we are able to support their family, providing income to allow them to work at home in their rural villages while we bring a bit of their island lifestyle and culture with us back here to Oahu. We are always on the search for new craftsman and new artistry to make our business even better and to provide our customers with the best products.
